Welcome to "La Moutonnerie"
Located in South Burgundy, France, (Bourgogne Sud), in the middle of vineyards, offering an exceptional view of the valley from Cluny to Cormatin and Taizé, La Moutonnerie is a bed and breakfast (chambre d’hôtes) with a strong ecological flavour. From renovating the building to living at La Moutonnerie, we do our best to reduce the guests and hosts ecological footprint, whilst keeping a high comfort level.

Evening meals are available by prior arrangement at 20 EUR per person (12 EUR for children less than 12). 4 courses family style dinner, made from local seasonal fresh products (organic as often as possible), includes aperitif and wine.

What does ecology mean to us ?
There are many visions around Ecology. For us, shortly put, it means reducing our ecological footprint in all domains.
To reach our objective, during the construction / rehabilitation phase we use materials as natural as possible, manage wastes to the lowest, reduce VOCs emissions to the strict minimum (VOCs : solvents and other organic volatiles compounds escaping from equipment or material to the atmosphere), etc.
When staying at La Moutonnerie we use renewable energy sources, recycle water, collect rainwater, reduce wastes at source and recycle. Etc.
